Dayton Hamvention 2009

Lord willin' and the creek don't rise, this will be my 37th consecutive year of attending the Dayton Hamvention. There are many pleasant (and a few not-so-pleasant) memories of these annual pilgrimages to the greatest hamfest on earth. For me, the Hamvention has been primarily a social event, with the ham radio/technical aspect falling not far behind.

The 2009 Hamvention will be a completely different experience for me. This year, I will be working at the DX Engineering booth in the main arena. Please stop by, say hi and chat about ham radio and DX Engineering products. It is always a treat  when I meet someone  I've chatted with in person for the very first time and can finally associate a face with the call.
