Dayton Hamvention 2008

Lord willin' and the creek don't rise, this will be my 36th consecutive year of attending the Dayton Hamvention. There are many pleasant (and a few not-so-pleasant) memories of these annual pilgrimages to the greatest hamfest on earth. For me, the Hamvention has become primarily a social event, with the ham radio/technical aspect falling not far behind.

Please stop by or look us up this year. It's fun to renew friendships, and a particular treat when I meet someone  I've chatted with in person for the very first time and can finally associate a face with the call.

Flea Market:

Look for us in the flea market at space 3409.

Two Meter Frequency:

We will be monitoring 145.885 MHz Simplex.

10 - No, make that 12 - Most Wanted:

The following list is of the "most wanted" individuals I would like to run into at the Hamvention. As I mentioned above, the Hamvention serves more as a social event for me, and the below mentioned "usual suspects" are particularly adept at keeping the BS pump primed, operational, and running smoothly. They are listed in no particular order.
